South Beach Limo is operated by MK Luxury Transportation. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to the quote forms, the contact form and any booking we take over the phone.

Information we collect

When you request a quote we collect the details you give us: pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time of the trip, the number of passengers, a contact name, phone number and email address, and for airport runs the flight number. We also record the landing page you arrived from, and advertising identifiers such as a Google click identifier when one is present in the link.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. Payment is handled separately and directly between you and the operator, which is why no card information is ever stored here.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to quote you accurately and to get the right vehicle and chauffeur to the right place at the right time. Flight numbers exist so we can track delays and move your pickup. Passenger numbers exist so we send a vehicle that fits the group and its luggage.

Advertising identifiers are used to measure which campaigns bring us new customers, so we can spend our marketing budget where it produces bookings rather than impressions. That measurement is anonymous and you can decline it by blocking cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it and who we share it with

Quote requests are kept in our booking system for as long as they are useful for the booking and for our legal record-keeping obligations, and then removed. We share your details only with the chauffeur assigned to your trip, because they need to know where to collect you and where to take you. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets a small number of cookies. One remembers advertising identifiers and campaign parameters so that a quote request still carries its attribution if you browse to another page before sending it. Others are needed for the site to work at all. We use Google Tag Manager to measure traffic, and it stays switched off entirely on preview environments.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by a particular channel. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the quote forms after a change means the updated policy applies to any request you send from that point on.
