Our job is to remove all of that from your day, and the way we do it is to plan the timeline backwards from the ceremony.
That means every leg is timed with real drive times, not optimistic ones, and the vehicles are in position before anyone needs them. The couple’s Escalade, the family’s Suburban and the Sprinter shuttles for the guests all move on one coordinated schedule, with a single coordinator on the phone for anyone with a question. You get one number and one plan, and you stop tracking vehicles entirely.
A fleet that suits the photographs
Every vehicle is black and late-model, which matters more than it sounds when the photographs are the point. The Escalade seats four with a proper aisle, the Suburban takes seven with the space for a wedding party and its clothes, and the Sprinter carries fourteen guests with room for a full day in the sun. Nothing is a converted van or a rented sedan, and everything is detailed before it carries anyone.
One price for the whole day
The rate is quoted once, for the whole day, and it does not move when the schedule does. That matters on a day when the last thing anyone needs is an invoice being recalculated at eleven at night. We agree the hours, agree the price, and that is what appears on the invoice, whether the evening finishes early or runs long.

How do you plan wedding transportation in Miami?
We work backwards from the ceremony start time. You send the venue, the getting-ready address, the photographer meeting point and the end of the night, and we build the day leg by leg with realistic Miami drive times. You receive one written quote and one contact number for the day itself.
How many vehicles do we need for our guest list?
The Sprinter carries up to fourteen, so a hundred guests usually means two or three shuttles running a loop, plus a Suburban for the immediate family and an Escalade for you. Send the numbers and we will tell you exactly what the day needs and what it costs.
Can you drive the couple on the night of the wedding?
Yes, and the car stays with the driver for the evening, so the night is yours and the route is theirs. It is the most requested part of the booking, and it is priced as a flat rate for the agreed hours.
What if the schedule runs late on the day?
The coordinator and the drivers are in contact throughout, so a delay is absorbed rather than passed on. The quoted rate covers the planned hours, and we will always tell you honestly in advance if a change is likely to affect the booking.
